Agreement

These terms apply to your use of SarkariTyping at skillminto.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What the platform is

SarkariTyping is an independent practice tool for typing and data entry skill tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission, the Railway Recruitment Boards, DSSSB, DDA, BSF, Delhi Police or any other government body. Exam names are used only to describe which test a practice session is modelled on.

Your account

• One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in details or your paid plan.
• Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and are charged through Razorpay.
• One-time passes give access for the number of days stated on the plan, starting when your payment is confirmed.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you turn off auto-renew in your dashboard. Turning it off stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Buying again before your plan ends adds the new days on top of your current plan.
• If we change a price, the change applies from your next purchase or renewal, never to a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

Fair use

To keep practice honest and ranks fair, you must not:

• use auto-typers, scripts, browser extensions or any tool that types for you;
• copy, paste or otherwise insert text into a test;
• use more than one account to take a live test more than once;
• copy, publish or sell the passages or other content of the platform;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may remove attempts, withdraw ranks, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If an account is closed for breaking them, the remaining plan period is not refunded.

Content

The passages, design, software and other content of the platform belong to SarkariTyping. You may use them for your own exam preparation only.

Results

Practice scores, ranks and qualification results are calculated by our software using the evaluation method described on the site. They are an indication of your preparation, not an official result. The official evaluation in your exam may differ, and we do not guarantee selection in any exam.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may pause the platform for maintenance, preferably outside peak practice hours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
