When you can get your money back and how to cancel auto-renew.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
You can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not attempted any session that is available only on a paid plan. After 48 hours, or once a paid session has been attempted, passes are not refundable.
The first payment of the monthly plan follows the same rule as a one-time pass: a full refund within 48 hours if no paid session has been attempted.
Renewal payments are not refunded, because you can turn off auto-renew at any time before the renewal date from My dashboard, under Plan and billing. If you turned off auto-renew before the renewal date and were still charged, that charge is refunded in full.
Cancelling auto-renew does not end your current month. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the extra charges are refunded in full. If money left your account but the payment failed, Razorpay or your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not come back after that, contact us and we will follow it up with Razorpay.
If a fault on our side stops you from using paid sessions for more than 48 hours in a row, we will add the lost days to your plan, or refund the unused part of your plan if you prefer.
Write to us through the contact page from your registered email address. Include the Razorpay payment ID, which you can find in your dashboard under Plan and billing or in the payment message from your bank or UPI app.
We reply to refund requests within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.
If an account is suspended or closed for breaking our terms of use, for example by using an auto-typer, the remaining plan period is not refunded.
